Delete your Outlo account
You can delete your Outlo account and all of its data at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app
- Open Outlo and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request, then delete the account within 30 days and reply to let you know.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address and sign-in details.
- All your documents, their files, pages, attachments and extracted text.
- Your subscriptions, reminders, settings and registered devices.
- Your AI processing and reminder history.
Account details, documents and text are permanently erased straight away; stored files are removed within minutes.
What we keep
Only a record that an account was deleted and when, linked to a random internal ID. It contains no name, email or document content, and we keep it as a security audit trail.
Pro subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription billed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple ID settings, so you are not charged again.
